Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the International Steering Committee VTEC, in close collaboration with the VTEC 2021 organizers, have decided to reschedule the 11th VTEC 2021 in Banff May 9-12, 2021. For those who have already registered, your reservation will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged.
Instead of the face-to-face meeting in Banff, we would like to invite the VTEC/STEC community to an online meeting with the latest news on VTEC/STEC. This VTEC-online meeting will be held on Tuesday 11th of May 2021. It will be a short-concise 2.5 h meeting with the object of highlighting the most recent trends and developments in VTEC research. More details will follow shortly and will be posted at the VTEC 2021 website.
Register for this online meeting here.
The 11th VTEC face-to-face meeting has been rescheduled in Banff, Canada at the Banff Centre for the Arts and Creativity on Sunday May 7- Wednesday May 10, 2023. Science program and abstract submission details will become available in the fall of 2022. We sincerely hope to meet you all in person at this time and share with you the amazing environment of one of the premier national parks in the world.
The International Steering Committee VTEC expresses their gratitude to the Canadian organizers led by the team of Tim McAllister and Glen Armstrong who have agreed, without hesitation, to organize the VTEC 2021 and VTEC-2022-online meetings and to continue to organize the 11th VTEC meeting in 2023, Banff, Canada.
We would encourage VTEC/STEC delegates to share this information with other members of the VTEC community.
